Is PM Lofts pet friendly?

Yes! Very much so. We just ask that you keep your dog on a leash while in common areas and be respectful of other residents.
Is there a limit on number of pets?

Yes. We have a limit of 2 household pets per unit. And a max weight limit of 100lbs.
Is PM Lofts approved for FHA loans?

No. We have no plans to get PM Lofts approved for those loan programs.
